Truckloc Takeover by Software-Management GmbH

Juli 2011: We have recently acquired the Austrian/German GPS tracking provider Truck-Loc GmbH.

Truck-Loc has been one of the first GPS tracking companies in Austria and is a well known brand in the market. Some of the most reputated companies in Austria have used Truckloc to track their fleet. Truckloc was one of the biggest providers in Austria.

With the takeover of Truckloc our company is now for sure the biggest Austrian GPS tracking provider in our domestic market. The takeover will add a significant number of customers and vehicles to our list in Austria as well as in Germany and our neighbouring countries. It is our primary target to serve all our customers at highest level and with best care. Within the first phase of the takeover we plan to invest time and ressources in improving the infrastructure in order to stabilize the service.

The takeover will also benefit all our existing customers and partners because it will add additional growth  and economies of scale to our customer base. This will result in an optimal price performance ratio (e.g. better purchasing terms for international roaming data SIM cards) and more experience in the whole field of GPS tracking.
